Position
SAP Solution Expert – Finance and Treasury Leader
(10 – 12 years of experience required)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Finance and Treasury:
- As an SAP Solution Expert – Finance and Treasury Leader, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in SAP Finance to provide effective solutions.
- Your day-to-day activities will involve analysing client requirements, designing Solutions, and collaborating with project teams to ensure successful implementation and also provide guidance to the AMS teams..
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
- Customize and optimize SAP FI functionalities to meet business needs.
- Analyse client requirements to design customized solutions using SAP Finance and Controlling FICO.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the Implementation lifecycle & Support scope.
- Hands-on experience with SAP FICO functionalities including but not limited to General ledger, Accounts payable, Bank accounting, accounts receivables, dispute management, treasury, integrations in finance area like expense, timesheets, vendor invoicing,autobank, integration with SD, MM, purchase to pay and order to cash cycle, integration with Controlling, product cost and profitability analysis and projects in both ECC and S4H. Should have both implementation and support experience
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial reporting requirements and translate them into SAP FI solutions.
- Stay updated on SAP best practices and new features, and proactively recommend improvements to existing SAP FI and treasury processes.
- Have experience in designing third party integrations from blue printing till hypercare working along with various SAP technical modules, integration modules and the third party teams
- Perform system testing, user training, and support activities during SAP FICO implementations and upgrades.
General skills :
- Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the SAP FI module.
- Develop and maintain project reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with other SAP module consultants to ensure seamless integration.
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams and work seamlessly with other SAP module consultants
Profile
Preferred qualifications :
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, engineering, construction, or energy, where SAP PS is used for managing large-scale projects.
- Knowledge of Project Management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Good to have experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules.
Educational qualifications :
- Chartered Accountant, MBA with finance or any other strong Engineering background with Finance.
