Position
Job Description:
- Knowledge about Risk related to chemical management related to Non-destructive testing and able to interpret MSDS related to associated chemicals.
- Report any stop work or concerns related to EHS & quality.
- Operate and maintain Power tools machine & fabrication work.
- Review and understanding of machining documents like MOPs, SOPs, drawings, KSL, program files, Tool sheets and FMEAs.
- Prioritize safety above all else by maintaining a rigorous adherence to safety standards and processes, ensuring that safety risks and issues are identified, reported, and addressed immediately.
- Understand and apply basic principles of Fitting processes for nuclear components.
- Follow methods, standards, and work instructions to: Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or schematics to determine appropriate welding processes.
- Awareness & understanding of ITNS-I & ITNS-A, CSFI.
- Understanding Nuclear safety awareness.
- Fitting work on component or product.
- Embrace a culture of respect, valuing inclusive teams and diverse perspectives to direct and train others as assigned, enabling the flow of information by inviting participation and responding productively.
- Approach daily work with continuous improvement in mind, working to continuously develop and improve department practices to reduce cycle time, improve machine availability and efficiency, and lower operating costs.
- Operate grinding machine to prepare chamfering of parts.
- Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.
- Lean approach likes 5s, TPM, Kaizen etc. and maintain safe & clean workplace.
- Teamwork and Coordination with fellow operator team & cross functional team for uninterrupted Production.
- Support other machine team & assembly team.
- Follow company beliefs likes to act with humility, lead with transparency and deliver with focus.
Profile
Required Qualifications and Skill:
- Education: ITI Filter / Diploma
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Understanding of Engineering drawing.
- Heavy fabrication experience.
- Understanding of WPS/PQR/WELD BOOK.
