Job Description Summary:
As a member of the China Nuclear Service team, you will be an active contributor to support Senior Customer Service Manager for site service activities.
This role will require you to ensure the successful planning, tendering, execution, and completion of service ITR activities.
Your Role:
- Site Administration (10%):
- Applying site access and prepare EHS guide for Arabelle Solution employees and its subcontractors.
- Coordinate with the organization of resources, including workers, equipment, and materials.
- Preparation of Service Quarterly report to Daya Bay
- Daya Bay MYA Project support (50%):
- Coordinate and schedule customer and internal communications, taking minutes and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
- Support in the development and tracking of engineering service, outage service plans, ensuring milestones are met on time.
- Support Service Manager to monitor tendering/execution progress and ensure On Time Quotation/ Delivery.
- Document Management: Handle intake, scanning, verification, and storage of documents. File and archive relevant documentation, ensuring compliance with document management standards and regulations.
- Other CNNC fleets service project support (40%):
- Support in the development and tracking of engineering service, outage service plans, ensuring milestones are met on time in CNNC fleets.
- Support Service Manager to monitor tendering/execution progress and ensure On Time Quotation/ Delivery in CNNC fleets.
Profile
Basic Qualifications (Requirements):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Management, or Engineering related to conventional island.
- 1-2 years of experience in project administration, commercial or engineering management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Ability to drive and develop business in new market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies and principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluent English is mandatory.
Desired Qualifications:
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM)is a plus.
- Work Experience in nuclear site is a plus.
- Turbine or Generator technique background is a plus.
This is an PB (Lead Professional Band) position.
