Position

Responsibilities 工作职责:

 

  1. Statutory Financial Reporting and Compliance:
  • Prepare statutory financial statements (including PL/BS/Cash flow statement/equity movement statement and the consolidated FS of China legal entity) in compliance with PRC GAAP, ensuring alignment with local regulations and group policy.
  • Manage statutory audits and financial disclosures, including liaising with external auditors, resolving accounting discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely submissions of reports to local authorities like Statistic Bureau, State Administration of Industry and Commerce, etc.  
  • Translation of SAP PRC JE.
  • Advise on complex accounting issues to ensure compliance and accuracy based on PRC GAAP.
  • Understand the major difference between PRC GAAP and IFRS, prepare the Statutory to IFRS annual reconciliations.

 

  1. Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Provide statutory financial information to Legal entity’s shareholders.
  • Tax filing/inspection/audit assistance and support.
  • Collaborate with global finance teams, tax teams, and external stakeholders on the initiatives to improve statutory reporting tools to automate processes and enhance efficiency.

 

Profile

Qualifications 任职条件:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
  2. In-depth knowledge of PRC GAAP, basis knowledge of IFRS.
  3. 3–5 years in statutory reporting/audit, preferably in multinational corporations or Big 4 firms.
  4. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (preferably SAP).
  5. Fluency in Mandarin and English; strong communication skills.
  6. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

 

This is an PB (Professional Band) Band.
