Position
Job Description Summary:
As a member of the China Nuclear Service team, you will be responsible for spare part ITR whole process.
This role will require you to ensure the successful tendering, order signature, execution, and warranty of flow spare part activities.
Your Role:
- Spare part management:
- Be responsible for ITO spare part initiation.
- Support for spare part OTR process, coordinate with stakeholders to ensure OTD per contractual requirement.
- Ensure billing process and following customer payment process.
- Be responsible for spare parts warranty.
Profile
Basic Qualifications (Requirements):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Management, or Engineering related to conventional island.
- 1-2 years of experience in project administration, commercial or engineering management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies and principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Be patient to trivial daily work is critical.
Desired Qualifications:
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM)is a plus.
- Work Experience in nuclear site is a plus.
