Job Description Summary
Negotiate a scope of 25/40m€ spend per year with suppliers located mainly in China, India, Brazil, Europe, according to specific policies. Achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction. Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Define supplier strategy including management and optimization of supplier panels.
- Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement.
- Manage claims, including commercial sourcing management such as data analysis, negotiations support, etc. This may also include purchasing activities.
- Developing specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field.
- Serves as best practice/quality resource.
- Has awareness of latest functional developments in own area.
- Contributes towards strategy and policy development and ensures delivery within area of responsibility.
- Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.
- Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus, developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.

Profile
Required Qualifications
- Double experience in Sourcing and Mechanical production/Process/or quality ( Casting, Forging, welded structure, or Machining,…)
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Business administration
