Position
Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our growing team. Within this role you will be based in Poland and you will be responsible for operating in lockstep with product managers to the successful delivery of a product throughout its lifecycle. Within this role you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle from collecting business needs, agreeing scope, sequence, delivery timelines and budget of roll out right through to training, deployment of applications and facilitating after service support to users.
You will ensure that the product meets the stakeholder requirements, retains functional and technical integrity and is appropriately scalable.
Other Key Responsibilities.
- Engage frequently with or be an integral member of the product development team; facilitate discussions, provide clarification, drive feature refinement, conduct testing and validation.
- Administrate user access rights.
- Provide both on-site and remote support.
- Work with development teams to deliver features and products in line with roadmap and business priority. Establishing priority and follow-up accordingly in accordance with the development team capacity and business priority.
- Assist product managers to groom the product backlog; ensuring that an agreed amount of scope is always ready to move forward and identifying if this is not the case.
- Translate customer requests into actionable user stories and work units through problem decomposition and planning.
- Show increasing understanding of the technology stack and its impact on the final product.
- Create training material and user manuals and provide training to business users & key users whenever required.
- Manage site readiness (hardware and infrastructure (such as scanner) dependencies prior to system ready, training scheduled etc.)
- Give feedback on development team action on a regular basis.
Profile
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent experience in Software Engineering or Similar with basic experience in power plant project execution
- 5+ experience in project management and in sourcing processes
Behavioral and/or Technical Know-how
- Structured and organized
- Demonstrated ability to work with and/or lead mixed teams, including third-party partners and client
- Good communication skills
- Comprehensive understanding of various processes like design, sourcing, order management, Logistic and service activities
- Tool Expertise with robust experience in configuring SaaS apps.
- Familiarity with relevant Sourcing processes/org. and history (Steam Power, PowerSource, MDM, etc.)
- Nuclear Business understanding
- Customer orientation with Problem Solving attitude
- (Large) Data Management capabilities
- Demonstrated (beyond expectations) development skills with effective solutions (which were even rejected by Jaggaer during initial deployment)
- Proactively engages with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and design solutions using critical thinking and analysis skills and best practices. Finds important patterns in seemingly unrelated information.
- Maintains excitement for a process and drives to new directions of meeting the goal even when odds and setbacks render one path impassable.
- Innovates and integrates new processes and/or technology to significantly add value to Arabelle Solutions.
- Knowledge on overall project execution scope
- Proven track record of dealing with people in a dynamic and pressurized environment
