Position

Job Description Summary

 

Install, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment. Supervise employees who perform maintenance and tool making. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

 

Your Role:

 

  • Knowledge about basic EHS guidelines/Environmental aspect and Risk related to inspection activities on Machines and during Assembly
  • Knowledge about Risk related to chemical management related to Nondestructive testing and able to interpret MSDS related to associated chemicals.
  • Hands on experience CNC machines – like heavy boring and milling machines, Horizontal and vertical turning machines, Gantry type milling/turning machines like PAMA, HNK, Waco etc
  • Hands on experience in Fabrication machines – like rolling machine, oxy cutting, shot blasting, furnace, welding machine (TIG & MIG), Gauging & SAW machines and painting facility maintenance.
  • Through knowledge in Hydrostatic and Hydraulic systems,
  • Knowledge in EOT crane maintenance
  • Surveillance of actual maintenance activities
  • Spare parts planning
  • Organizing external service
  • Performing inspections & Calibration
  • Closing internal & external maintenance orders
  • Assist maintenance personnel in maintenance planning.
  • Record the results as per SOP.
  • Execute Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown Maintenance for critical and other equipment.
  • Root cause analysis and implementing the findings.
  • Implementation and practice of TPM.
  • Updating equipment history in maintenance system or other software.
  • Organize spare parts lists with maintenance system or other software.
  • Assist with preparation of reports and presentation material.
  • Basic Knowledge of Nuclear Safety.

 

Basic Qualifications(requirements):

 

  • E. In Mechanical with 4+ Years’ Experience
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 8+ Years’ experience.

Desired Qualifications:

 

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
  • Maintenance of Machine tools with CNC system Siemens CNC 840 D-SL.
  • Knowledge of Fabrication Equipment maintenance.
  • Knowledge of Mechanical and Hydraulic System in machines.
  • Knowledge of ERP / SAP
