Position
Install, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment. Supervise employees who perform maintenance and tool making. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).
Your Role:
- Knowledge about basic EHS guidelines/Environmental aspect and Risk related to inspection activities on Machines and during Assembly
- Knowledge about Risk related to chemical management related to Nondestructive testing and able to interpret MSDS related to associated chemicals.
- Ensure that equipment and tools are in good condition for use. Propose plans for preventive maintenance and corrective action.
Primary responsibilities would include but not limited to:
- Maintenance of Power System network (66 KV/11 KV/ 415 V)
- Maintenance of 66 KV substation maintenance with 66 KV / 11 KV transformer and protection system.
- Maintenance of SF6 and VCB / ACB
- Understanding of protection relays (ABB / Schneider) and their settings.
- System configuration with various interlocks, PLC logics, automation, interface
- Maintenance of HT / LT motors and condition monitoring
- Maintenance of UPS and DG set
- Energy Management and Scada
- Energy audits and conservation
- Maintenance and analysis of Earthing network
- Liaoning with Govt authorities
- Calibration of equipment and maintaining their records
- Maintenance Planning and execution.
- Spare parts planning with cost optimization.
- Familiar with Maintenance KPI (Uptime, MTBF, MTTR)
- Experience in problem solving tools.
- Knowledge on TPM
- Record keeping of Machine history in CMMS.
- Impart training as subject matter expert.
- Knowledge on Nuclear Safety.
Profile
Basic Qualifications(requirements):
- BE In Electrical with 8+ Years’ Experience OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 10+ Years’ experience.
- knowledge of electrical safety and LOTO procedure
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
- Knowledge of Siemens S7 PLC, read and modify PLC logic.
- Basic knowledge of Mechanical and Hydraulic System in machines.
- Maintenance Hydraulic System
- Knowledge of ERP / SAP
