The Staff Data Analyst will work in teams addressing statistical and data understanding problems in the Quality environment.
In this role, you will contribute to the development and deployment of automatic reports and methods for finding structure in large data sets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Staff Data analyst, you will be part of a data team on the Quality organization typically involving large, complex data sets.
These teams typically include, engineers, product managers, and end users, working in concert with partners in Arabelle Solutions P&L.
In this role, you will:
• Work with customers to capture data and analytics requirements
• Work in technical teams for predictive analytics, and prescriptive analytics.
• Perform exploratory and targeted data analyses using descriptive statistics and other methods.
• Work with data engineers on data quality assessment, data cleansing and data analytics
• Generate reports to document, archive, and communicate your work and outcomes.
• Communicate methods, findings, and hypotheses with stakeholders.

Profil
Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with overall 6 years of experience and minimum 3 years of work experience in Data Science or Data Analytics.
- Alternatively, a Master’s degree in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with minimum 3 years of experience in Data Science or Data Analytics.
Desired Characteristics
Technical Expertise:
• Demonstrated skill in data management methods
• Demonstrated skill in feature extraction and real time analytics development and deployment
• Demonstrated skill in data display (Tableau / Power BI)
• Detail Oriented and analytical mindset
• Experience with Basic SQL and Python in a plus, but not expected.
Domain Knowledge:
• Demonstrated skill in one or more industry sectors where Arabelle Solutions operates
• Demonstrated skill in defining and delivering customer value.
